Editor, Nuclear Power International magazine and Committee Chair,

  • Increased readership of magazine website by 500 page views in the first year.

  • Increased Twitter followers from 946 in October 2013 to 2,200 the following year.

  • Started magazine’s first Google+ page and maintained Twitter page

  • Continued responsibilities planning a 300+ person Projects of the Year awards gala in Orlando and Las Vegas.

  • Pick committee members each year and set session content for the annual NUCLEAR POWER International conference.

  • Help committee members find speakers.

  • Coordinate frequently with conference manager about speaker agreements, conference schedule, rooms, website maintenance and committee members.

  • Write script for and shoot twice-a-week editorial newscast video.

  • Picked to represent PennWell at 7th annual ATOMEXPO nuclear conference in Moscow, Russia.

  • Promote, moderate and gather speakers for up to three webcasts a year.

  • Increased page views of magazine website by 1,000 in the first month.

  • Launched initial social media campaign to reach more readers and increase online presence.

  • Took over planning the annual Projects of the Year awards program and ceremony from 2010-present.

  • Coordinate a 200+ gala event with three-course meal and awards presentation, including the seating chart, working with registration on ticket sales, and working with editors and sales team on judging, editorial content and sales leads.

  • Increased readership of magazine’s newsletter which led to the start of a second newsletter.

  • Shot editorial newscast video twice a week and wrote the script.
